LuNova Solar is a trade name of JV Solar LLC, DBA LuNova Solar (“LuNova,” “LuNova Solar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

No specific solar offset is guaranteed because it appears in a preliminary estimate.
5. Utility Bills and Energy Information
You may voluntarily provide LuNova Solar with:

- Utility-provider information
- Energy-cost information

- Other data relevant to a solar evaluation
You represent that you are authorized to provide information submitted through the website.
LuNova Solar may use this information to:

Submitting a utility bill does not authorize LuNova Solar to make changes to your utility account unless separate authorization is expressly provided.

LuNova Solar does not guarantee that solar will eliminate a homeowner’s utility bill.
9. Illinois Solar Incentives
Information concerning Illinois Shines, Renewable Energy Credits (“RECs”), utility rebates, battery incentives, grants, tax incentives, or other programs is provided for informational purposes.
Eligibility, incentive amounts, program capacity, REC prices, payment timing, documentation, and program rules may change.
LuNova Solar does not guarantee that a particular customer or project will qualify for or receive an incentive unless expressly stated in a binding written agreement.
10. Illinois Shines Documentation
Participation in Illinois Shines may require program-specific consumer disclosures and documentation.
Any Illinois Shines Disclosure Form required for a project is separate from these website Terms.
These Terms do not replace an Illinois Shines Disclosure Form, installation agreement, PPA, lease, financing agreement, or other project-specific document.
11. Taxes and Tax Incentives
LuNova Solar does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Any discussion of federal, state, or local tax benefits is general educational information.
Tax eligibility depends on applicable law and individual circumstances.
Customers should consult a qualified tax professional before making a financial decision based on a potential tax benefit.
12. Financing
Solar loans and other financing products may be provided by independent third-party financial institutions.
Financing is subject to:
- Credit requirements
- Underwriting
- Program availability
- Interest rates
- Fees
- Terms
- Conditions
- Final approval
LuNova Solar does not guarantee financing approval or a specific rate, payment, term, or financing program.
13. Sensitive Financial Information
Unless a secure process specifically states otherwise, LuNova Solar’s website is not intended to collect:

Where another company enters into an agreement directly with a customer, that company’s contract governs its products and services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, LuNova Solar is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, underwriting decisions, warranties, or contractual obligations of third parties.
18. No Utility or Government Affiliation
Unless expressly stated otherwise, LuNova Solar is an independent business.
LuNova Solar is not a utility company and does not represent that it is acting on behalf of a utility, government agency, or regulatory authority.
References to utilities, Illinois Shines, rebates, incentives, or government programs do not imply endorsement of LuNova Solar.
19. Information Accuracy
You agree to provide reasonably accurate information when using LuNova Solar’s website.
You may not knowingly submit:

- Information you are not authorized to provide
LuNova Solar may decline to provide an estimate or service when submitted information appears incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or outside our service area.
