About the opportunity

Own the follow-through after the sale.

LuNova Solar is seeking a detail-oriented Solar Project Manager to take ownership of assigned residential projects after contract execution.

The goal is to keep every assigned project moving toward installation, identify blockers early, coordinate the right parties and make sure the homeowner understands what is happening next.

Homeowner communication matters.Active homeowners should receive proactive updates. When no major milestone update has otherwise occurred, the Project Manager should provide a meaningful project update at least once every seven days.
What you’ll do

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of assigned projects after the solar contract is signed.
  • Confirm required homeowner, utility, financing and project information is complete.
  • Coordinate and track site survey scheduling and completion.
  • Track design, engineering, permitting, utility and interconnection requirements.
  • Coordinate with LuNova management and authorized EPC or installation partners.
  • Identify stalled projects, follow up on blockers and escalate material delays promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project status, notes, documents and next actions in the CRM or Team Portal.
  • Contact homeowners proactively with progress updates, schedule changes, document requests and next steps.
  • Coordinate installation readiness and scheduling and confirm completed installation.
  • Track applicable post-install inspection, utility and permission-to-operate steps.
  • Escalate cancellation risk, financing issues, permitting problems, homeowner complaints or partner issues to management.
Project-based compensation

$500 per completed installation.

Compensation is earned after an assigned project reaches completed solar installation and completion is documented and verified by LuNova Solar or its authorized installation partner.

Applicable post-install coordination, including inspection, utility and permission-to-operate follow-up, remains part of the Project Manager’s project responsibilities. Assignment, reassignment, cancellation and payment terms are governed by the applicable written agreement.

Keep the project moving.

Know the current project stage, the next required action, who owns that action and what is preventing progress. Follow through until the blocker is resolved or escalated.
